The middle-early maturing premium wheat variety ALESSIO shines with excellent leaf health, unique outgrowth resistance and very good pastry and baking qualities. The favorable combination of high protein content and best leaf health, particularly high yellow rust tolerance, are the best requirements for organic cultivation.
