Winter triticale
The exceptionally leaf-healthy variety was developed by the renowned breeder DANKO, and it therefore shares a similar gene pool as the already successfully established varieties FREDRO and PRESTO. BELCANTO is extremely nitrogen efficient and its yield potential is rated APS 8 in the Austrian Variety List. Moreover, BELCANTO shows outstanding snow mold, brown rust, yellow rust and Fusarium head blight tolerances, as well as prominent hectoliter weight and falling number values.
