PERUN

Spring oat

“A quality oat with tremendous potential” — this statement from the breeder perfectly sums up the extremely lodging-resistant and early-maturing yellow oat PERUN. The high praise from leading oat-growing countries such as the Czech Republic and Poland has been fully justified after intensive testing in Austria’s oat-growing regions. By now, PERUN has successfully established itself in practical farming to the full satisfaction of oat growers. In our internal field trials, the Probstdorf quality oat variety consistently ranked among the top in yield performance. Domestic oat farmers appreciate PERUN for its optimal combination of high yields, early maturity, strong lodging resistance, and excellent hectoliter weight.
