Winter spelt

The new quality spelt variety LOHENGRIN can be seen as a substantial step forward in spelt variety development. LOHENGRIN shows considerably earlier maturity than previously listed varieties, has decent stability and shines with its excellent baking capabilites. LOHENGRIN is generelly about 10 cm shorter in growth when compared to immaculate main spelt varieties. Obviously, this shorter growth has a beneficial impact on its good stability. To round off an appealing variety profile, LOHENGRIN shows well-developed mildew and brown rust tolerances as well.
