0000 - soybean

The first high-yielding 0000 soybean was registered in Czechia in spring 2025 and is also awaiting registration in Poland with excellent figures. APULIA matures on average around 4-5 days earlier than the main variety ABACA, but usually loses only 3 to 4 percent in grain yield. In addition, APULIA is extremely stable, very fast-growing, and also shows extremely positive results in terms of pod set height. Compared to ABACA, APULIA is also very similar in growth type, but is a few centimeters shorter. In addition to the emerging soybean countries of Germany, Poland, and Czech Rebublic, APULIA is also suitable in Austria for the border regions in terms of ripeness (Mühlviertel, Waldviertel, higher altitudes in Styria, etc.) and would be the first alternative to ABACA for second crops after winter barley or various early-harvesting vegetable crops (spinach, garden peas, etc.). Unfortunately, seed supplies are still somewhat scarce this year.
