The 000-soybean variety ALICIA has a dark hilum and was able to convince in the entire 000-production area with very high and stable grain yields and excellently healthy leaves and stems. In its ripening behaviour, ALICIA is similar to the already established main breeds ACARDIA and ACHILLEA. Moreover, its indetermined growth helps ALICIA to overcome longer dry periods during summer. Due to its excellent Sclerotinia tolerance, ALICIA is also perfectly suitable for soybean intensive crop rotations. The exact time of harvest is secondary with ALICIA due to its superior legume break stability, resulting in a low risk of grain loss. Moreover, the rapid youth development ensures a quick establishment, effectively suppressing weeds and minimizing unproductive evaporation.
