AMILO

Population rye

The tried-and-true population rye has been part of the Probstdorf lineup since 1997. There are, of course, good reasons for its long-standing popularity: thanks to its exceptionally high falling number, AMILO continues to be highly valued by farmers, especially in years when harvests are delayed due to inclement weather. Furthermore, this “veteran” variety is in no way inferior to newer competing varieties in terms of yield, making it the top choice for quality-conscious rye growers in the Waldviertel and Mühlviertel regions.
