EUFEMIA

This Waldviertel variety is among the earlier-maturing varieties in the current portfolio of varieties listed in Austria. EUFEMIA demonstrates the highest yields in all regions, on par with the most commercially significant comparable varieties, but is generally one to two health rating levels healthier in terms of ramularia tolerance and nearly on par with the better multi-row varieties. EUFEMIA’s lodging resistance is exceptionally strong, matching the high level of the former main variety, Sandra. Furthermore, good straw and ear stability, as well as good tolerance to snow mold, net spots, and Rhynchosporium, round out the positive overall impression of EUFEMIA.
