Winter triticale

The RAGT variety RGT TAMAC would also be suitable for spring planting as an alternate option, but the focus is clearly on fall planting. This new variety impresses with its high yield potential, early heading, and medium-early maturity. Apart from a slightly higher susceptibility to powdery mildew, RGT TAMAC exhibits an excellent level of resistance to brown rust, yellow rust, Rhynchosporium leaf spot, and ear fusarium (APS 2). Its quite good lodging resistance is on par with the earlier main varieties Rivolt and Triamant; however, the use of a growth regulator is still recommended for more intensive crop management.
