Population rye

The DANKO breeding program guarantees quality. DANKOWSKIE TURKUS is the ideal complement to the proven main variety, AMILO. In official yield comparisons, DANKOWSKIE TURKUS is the clear number one among population rye varieties in all growing regions. The variety is also significantly shorter and more stable than the other listed population rye varieties. In a direct comparison with AMILO, DANKOWSKIE TURKUS shows slightly lower values for falling numbers and in the amylogram. However, this is not a disadvantage at all in some areas (e.g., arid regions), since processors there regularly have to contend with flours that are slightly too low in enzyme activity.
