GERALD

Milling wheat (BQG 5) - beardless wheat

GERALD a milling wheat variety with high stability, shines with superior vitality during the predominantly dry tilling and early bolting phase. Moreover, GERALD has decent brown rust tolerance (APS 4) and excellent mildew resistance (APS 3). When compared to SIEGFRIED, GERALD clearly shows earlier head development and slightly earlier maturity. Protein content, hectoliter weight and flour yield are especially well developed in milling group 5. At the moment, GERALD is the most nitrogen efficient milling wheat variety (APS 8).
