TAMADUR, a decidedly steady quality durum variety, just does not show any weaknesses in neither agronomic nor qualitative traits. Therefore, TAMADUR – alongside with FLORADUR – represents the second supporting pillar of the Austrian quality durum production. TAMADUR also performs with outstandingly little outgrowth tendencies, a sign of high quality security. Therefore, our premium variety TAMADUR has been part of the cooperative marketing program “Durum Pannonikum” since 2019. TAMADUR also shows good tolerances of the main diseases mildew, brown rust, yellow rust and black rust. But be aware of a higher risk of DTR leaf spot infection under no-till conditions after winter wheat or durum.
