Oil sunflower
The herbicide tolerant SUOMI stands out with a significantly earlier maturity. SUOMI takes slightly longer to mature than ES Columbella, but can withstand a post-emergence treatment with products based on Tribenuron-methyl (e.g. Express SX, …). In direct comparison to other sulfo-tolerant oil sunflower breeds, SUOMI takes significantly less time to reach maturity while simultaneosly achieving yields on a similar level. Furthermore, SUOMI shows a short, very compact growth and excellent stability.
