Especially with the attributes glassiness, amylogram values and falling number stability, FLORADUR does not let you down (please also refer to the chart regarding the falling number on the right hand side of this page). FLORADUR and TAMADUR are the varieties most likely to reach the required quality standards under unfavorable harvest conditions. Moreover, FLORADUR is capable to reach secure and pleasing yield performances, even on weaker durum locations without the ability of irritgation.
