MARQUISE

000 - soybean

The 000-soybean MARQUISE combines very rapid growth in its early stages with early maturity (like SULTANA), superior protein content and only minor tendencies to grain loss. MARQUISE can easily compensate events of weak field emergence or hail damage due to its excellent branching capabilities. This was proven in the yield trials in St. Peter am Hart in 2018, where MARQUISE outperformed all rival varieties with only 40 plants/m2 (the trial mean was 55 plants/m2). MARQUISE poses a serious early-maturing alternative to our tried-and-tested main variety SULTANA.
